- There is specified occupancy limit for respective rooms and apartments. Extra Beds/Person above occupancy limit would be charged at Rs800/night. There would be no extra charge for the kids below the age of 6 years, children's falling in the age group of 6-11 will be charged at Rs500/night and children above 12 years will be charged Rs. 800/night.
- The price of Service apartments is exclusive of GST. GST shall be applicable as per the government norms.
- Weekly rentals are applicable for minimum 7 nights stay at our Holiday home lettings. For any further extension, rent would be calculated on the pro-rata basis. Monthly rent would be counted for 28 nights and any further extension would be billed on the pro-rata basis.
- Guests have to submit the Refundable Damage Deposit at the time of booking which shall be returned at the time of check out.
- Cancellation fees - If the reservation is cancelled 15 days before check-in date, No cancellation charges will be applied. If the reservation is cancelled within 15 days of check-in, 50% cancellation charges will be levied. There will be no refund of rental if reservation is cancelled or modified later in all residences in Goa.
